Multi-lingual Support

After receiving multiple requests for support for multiple languages, we realized that this is clearly something our users want and need. We have listened, we have delivered. PopUp Domination 3.3.4.3 provides multi-lingual support for those of who wish to create personalized pop ups with your OWN material in your OWN language.

On top of this, we have also been holding off from updating too frequently so you don’t all get bothered by frequent updates. Instead, we have released our current version which addresses a whole range of issues.

Some of you experienced logging out when saving and we have supplied the fix for this. Due to the nature of PHP and the way it stores information about your system, it isn’t always 100% correct (for the coders out there $_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'] doesn’t always contain the correct domain name and sometimes misses the prefix ‘www.’ which can affect WordPress).

One major point that was made, was that not all the pop ups followed visitors to the site. It has been one that has puzzled many of you and I am here to say now, we have SORTED this! Yes, you heard me! Now ALL pop ups follow the user. Depending on how you configure PopUp Domination, users will be required to view your pop ups and with our new added feature users will also be required to opt in to view the content on your page. Did I just let that one slip? Oops. Oh well, I’ve started now. Yeah so we added a feature (found under ‘Display Settings’) that allows you to set the pop up so users cannot close the pop up. If you have content you wish users to opt in to view then this feature is PERFECT for you!

Amongst the main fixes, we have also issued a few fixes on display bugs so now the plugin looks better than ever! I hope you’re excited about the new PopUp Domination as I am, enjoy!
